As the title suggests, today's post 13th December 2013, includes three pictures of the DBS class 90, 90036. Altogether nine pics are used from five contributors.

WINWICK

First up are four pics from Jeff Nicholls. In pic number one, EWS (DBS) class 66, 66137, is pictured on a Preston Docks - Linsey oil refinery working of empty tanks. The location was Culcheth and the date, 4th December 2013.

Jeff's second pic shows the first of our shots of DBS class 90, 90036. The extra Christmas mail working (scruffy vans) was Shieldmuir - Dallam Mail Terminal on 11th December 2013.

Jeff's third shot features DBS 'tug', 60092 on the Lowton curve; the working was Preston Docks - Linsey Oil Refinery empty tanks. The date was 11th December 2013.

Pic number five is from Bob McClellan. DBS class 90, 90036 is again shown on a Shieldmuir - Warrington mail train. Bob's shot was taken at Winwick Junction on 3rd December 2013.

Pic number seven is from Ieuan Wood, taken on 30th November 2013 at Beeston. The Euston - Chester steam 'Special' was headed by ex LMS Stanier 'Black Fives', Nos 44871 and 45407.





Pic eight is from David Wood, also taken at Beeston on 30th November 2013. Ex BR 'Standard' class '7', No.70013 Oliver Cromwell, is pictured on the Bristol - Crewe, 'Christmas Cheshireman' railtour.
