As it states clearly in the title above, this post - 6th June 2013 - is a huge one, comprising a record twenty pics; the latter resulting from many submissions over the past month. Some May dated pics have not been used because of duplication or sheer volume of pics contributed, although there are enough published to produce highly competitive May competitions. The judging for the latter can begin now.
WINWICK
First up is a pic from Ieuan Wood. Taken at Red Bank on 2nd June 2013, the pic shows three locos on a single working. They were class 33, 33029 Glen Loy, class 57, 57215 and, on the tail, 57313.

David Wood's pic, number two, features the tail loco on the above working - class 57, 57313. The date and location were the same.

Bob McClellan has sent in the following two pics. His first, pic number three, was taken at Monks Siding on 30th May 2013 and features DBS class 60, 60079, with a coal working for FFPS.

Taken at the same location and on the same date, pic number four from Bob shows Freightliner 'PowerHaul' class 70, 70002, with empty coal hoppers FFPS - Ellesmere Port.

Two from Jeff Nicholls next. The first, pic number five, shows class 47, 47580 County of Essex on a Southport - Holyhead excursion through Winwick on 29th May 2013. Class 47, 47760 was on the tail.

The first two in this section are from Jeff Nicholls. Pic number seven overall features Freightliner 'PowerHaul' class 70, 70017 at Acton Bridge with a Garston - Southampton working just about to pass a 'Pendo'. The date was 29th May 2013.

Matthew Chambers has sent in the final three pics in this post. His first is quite special as it shows the very first GBRf class 66 (66720) on the Ince Moss Junction - Huyton line with a Doncaster Decoy - LBT working. This was the second of three trials into LBT, taken on 1st June 2013.The pic was taken at Ince Moss Junction as the train stopped; the trials are due to engineering work between Huyton and Earlestown. Matthew adds that the new 66s - 66747, 66748 and 66749 - will be based in the NW. Code - June A2
