'Pics of the Month, April 2013'. RESULTS

Congratulations to Ieuan Wood on winning both sections in the April competition. This post, 3rd June 2013, comprises the first three pics in each section.

 The popular gypsum working is featured in Ieuan's shot headed by GBRf class 66, 66708 Jayne, passing through Winwick on 16th April 2013.

Freightliner 'PowerHaul' class 70, 70006, is pictured at Red Bank with an engineers working on 4th April 2013. Jeff used a polarising filter to darken the blue sky.

Ieuan's shot freatures the Stanier 'Black Fives' No.44871 and No.45407  - the 'Special' was the 'Great Britain VI'. The location was Wigan North Western on 22nd April 2013.
