The first pic is from Andy Appleton. Bank Quay is the location and Colas class 47, 47739, Robin of Templecombe the locomotive, running 'light engine'. The working was Washwood Heath - Ribblehead, the date, 11th October 2010.
Jeff Nicholls has sent in pic number two, a WCRC clas 47, 47500 heading empty coaching stock through Winwick on 8th October 2010. The locomotive was only acquired by WCRC in December 2009 hence its absence from early 2010 pocket books.
